Adult - Hatha yoga
Hatha Yoga, which is a foundational style of yoga that encompasses various postures and breathing techniques. This style of yoga is suitable for beginners to advanced. The pace of the class allows for focus on the poses that promote strength, flexibility and relaxation. I also incorporate some Vinyasa Yoga (movements between poses that are synchronized with breath to create a flowing sequence) and Yin Yoga (a practice that focuses on stretching the connective tissue in order to lengthen them and help release built-up tension).

This is a 1 hour fun and energetic Tap Dance class that I’ve developed for all levels of tap dancers from beginner to intermediate. We warm up to some really great music that will be sure to get those toes a tappin. Facts. Tap dance is a combination of British Isles clog, and step dancing with the rhythms of West African drumming. Tap Dance was created in the mid 1800s, by Irish step-dancers! Gene Kelly was the first one to combine different dance forms into Tap Dance!

This class is perfect for beginners or dancers with some prior experience who enjoy ballet and want to continue training in a positive, recreational setting. Students may have the opportunity to perform in our year-end recital.
Dress code: bodysuit, pink tights, ballet slippers, and hair in a bun.

Students will learn to combine skills such as forward and backward rolls, backbends, handstands, and cartwheels as well as balance, acrobatic tumbling, and partner skills into dance sequences. Dress Code: black bodysuit, shorts, bare feet. Hair must be in a bun.
