Tuesday/Thursday - Ease into your mornings with this great stretch class with Miss Dorothy. Wake up those tired muscles and find some new flexibility. Stretching can improve posture, improve range of motion and prevents loss of range of motion, decrease back pain, help prevent injury, decrease muscle soreness and so much more.
If you have a yoga mat, please bring one. Also bring a water bottle. Class will be done barefoot or with socks on (yoga socks are advised to help prevent slipping).
