This is an advanced fast paced class that focuses on urban hip hop choreography. Class continues to work on the fundamentals of hip hop techniques including but not limited to housing, popping, and whacking.
Skills needed must be able to pick up choreography quickly, be open to various styles of hip hop and incorporate high level choreography and across the floor combinations.
Dress code any moveable attire and sneakers.

Advanced Strength and Flexibility
The students will learn the fundamentals of contortion flexibility including positional awareness, strength and joint stability in a series of stretches and exercises. We will use techniques like massage, vibration and relaxation to unlock greater mobility for splits and backbend. Students will use what they learn on the ground and in the air to increase range of motion for dance and everyday range of motion.
