This class requires an invitation by Ms. Theresa or Ms. Hirokawa, unless you were already in one of our PrePro classes for the Fall 2024 -Spring 2025 season. Class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and you must register for and attend both classes each week. This advanced one hour class focuses on proper placement, building core strength, stability in joints, awareness of weaknesses and areas of inflexibility and increasing endurance. These exercises include, but are not limited to Pilates, strengthening, and stretching. This class is designed to give dancers the correct tools to apply throughout their week to any class as they work towards their dance goals. The skills learned in this class will improve turns, jumps and proper placement, which are substantial goals ever dancer wants to achieve. The benefit of conditioning class is exponential and will increase the rate of technical progress in all their dance classes. Conditioning Class is designed to improve strength and prevent injuries in our dancers taking multiple classes. This class will rapidly improve your dancer's strength and technique in all disciplines, especially ballet. Intended for students in Level II classes and higher during the 2023/2024 season.

Attire for this camp any princess or dress-up outfit is appropriate.

This 4-day Intensive will assist students through a variety of drills designed to increase the strength and muscle memory needed to perform back handsprings. For Ages 8 and up.

In keeping with our mission as a conservatory of the arts, we are offering an intermediate to advanced camp in drawing and painting. Each day will have a different theme and an art project (sketch, painting, etc.). James Ranch, an artist comfortable in mutiple visual mediums, will lead this fun and engaging camp. For ages 7 and up.

We will end the week with a Showcase of choreography learned in various styles. Ages 8 and up.

Attire for this intensive is black leotard, pink tights, tan jazz shoes, pink ballet shoes, black sneakers and hair in a bun (black shorts/leggings or dance skirt optional).

This camp is a requirement for any dancer who wants to audition for a Grace Conservatory Dance Company (GCDC) for the 2024/2025 season. Please enroll in either Intensive #1, #2 or #3, but not more than one. Auditions will be held on July 26th.

Petite Accelerator Intensive #1 June 23 - 27
The Petite Elite Accelerator is a half-day camp designed to give dancers their initial glimpse of what it's like to be a part of Petite Elite. Dancers receive instruction in Lyrical, Jazz, Ballet, and Hip Hop at a higher-curve to push their dancing to the next level. Participants will have the unique opportunity to learn from multiple instructors in a collective setting followed by break-out sessions that allow dancers to focus on specific choreography. We will end the week with a Showcase of choreography learned in various styles. For Ages 7 - 9.

Attire for this intensive is black leotard, pink tights, tan jazz shoes, pink ballet shoes, black sneakers and hair in a bun (black shorts/leggings or dance skirt optional).

This Camp is a Requirement for any dancer who wants to Audition for the Petite Elite for the 2024/2025 season. Please enroll in either Intensive #1 or #2, but not both. Auditions will be held on July 26th.

Barre is a toning, body-weight-lifting workout. It engages muscles you wouldn't normally target deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach. With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles. No ballet experience required. Please bring a yoga mat, yoga block, small hand weights, and comfortable socks. This class does not participate in any performances throughout the year.
