Grade 5 Ballet
The foundation of dance, ballet is a classical style. The roots of Imperial Classical Ballet are based on the teaching of the French School from the Paris Opera. The syllabus has now evolved to promote the English classical style and address the changing needs of Ballet dancers today.
Our classes follow the ISTD syllabus. Grade 5 is aimed at students with the experience of Grade 4. This Grade introduces further technique work and character dance performance. This class offers an exam.

Breaking is a style born on the streets of the Bronx in New York, during the early 1970s. The style is one of the newest art forms in the dancing world and, when coupled with street dance, provides the "trick" element to a routine. Having said that, breaking is very much a style in its own right. Its foundations lay the groundwork for top rocking, footwork, freezes, power moves and the rest. This class is aimed at Students from the age of 6yrs - 12yrs ( Depending on experience)
