Must be able to go into a backbend from standing and stand back up from it without help to enroll in this class (STRICT). Must have a strong handstand into a front limber or front walkover and be able to do back walkovers on their own (STRICT). This class is for ages 9 and up that meet the above skill set. This class will focus on achieving back handsprings on their own as well as introducing and/or advancing side skills like ariels and increasing strength and power to advance to the next level.
