Technique 1
Technique 1 is the primary technique class for the majority of our dancers. This class focuses on building a strong technical foundation while developing strength, flexibility, and correct body alignment. Dancers will learn and refine foundational skills such as pirouettes, leaps, turns, and dance terminology while building confidence and consistency in their technique. Every dancer progresses at a different pace, and many dancers will spend multiple seasons in Technique 1 as they continue strengthening and mastering these foundational skills before moving to Technique 2.
