Designed specifically for dancers, this class focuses on building the strength, stability, flexibility, balance, and endurance needed to support healthy movement and improve dance performance. Students will work on core strength, lower body stability, mobility, coordination, and injury prevention through exercises tailored to the demands of dance. This class is intended to complement technique training and prepare dancers for ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and other dance styles. Suitable for dancers of all experience levels ages 10 and up.

Students will learn foundational steps, combinations, and progressions while improving timing, balance, and confidence in a welcoming environment. Dancers who enroll for the full season will have the opportunity to perform in our annual recital, but performance is optional. No prior tap experience is required.

Using stability balls, resistance bands, and targeted exercises, dancers develop the core strength and body awareness needed for proper ballet technique. PBT reinforces correct placement, turnout, control, adage, pirouettes, jumps, and overall technical execution, making it an excellent supplement to regular ballet training. This class is recommended for dancers looking to build a stronger technical foundation and progress safely in ballet.

This technique class is designed to help dancers improve the strength, control, and mechanics needed for turns, jumps, and traveling leaps. Through targeted drills, conditioning, flexibility, and progressive skill development, dancers will build proper technique, balance, coordination, elevation, and confidence. This class is an excellent supplement to ballet, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary training and is appropriate for dancers looking to strengthen their technical foundation and overall performance.
