Ballet is highly encouraged as a core class for those students who wish to become strong well rounded dancers, as it strengthens balance, coordination, and flexibility. Dance Dimensions is proud to include the American Ballet Theatre’s National Training Curriculum, a breakthrough 8 level program that combines high quality artistic training with the basics of dancer health and child development.
The ABT® National Training Curriculum consists of a comprehensive set of age-appropriate, outcome based guideline to provide the highest quality ballet training to dance students of all ages and skill levels. Primary through Level 8 will be taught by ABT® Certified Teacher, Emily (Burnell) Bernazzoli who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Primary through Level 7 & Partnering of the ABT® National Training Curriculum.

Tap is a very unique dance form because we use our tap shoes as percussion instruments. Tap supports brain development with its combination of counting, music, and movement! It pairs well with Mini Movers which follows and is 45 minutes long.
