Ballet Ages 3-5
Academy of Arts introduces children to the joy and creativity of dance in a loving, Christ-centered environment. Students will explore the fundamentals of ballet and build confidence, coordination, balance, and musicality through imaginative movement, creative play, and introductory ballet technique.
This class is eligible to participate in our Christmas program with First Baptist Church! Please let us know by October 1st whether your child will participate in the Christmas program. There is an additional $50 costume fee due by October 1st, and students will be able to take the costume home after the performance. Rehearsals will be during normal class time, with the possibility of an extra rehearsal or two in November or December. This class will also participate in the spring recital on May 8th, and the costume fee for the recital is $70 per student, due by January 10th, 2027. If you would rather your child not participate, that is totally fine; just let us know!
Dress code: Any style light blue leotard with pink or tan tights and pink or tan ballet shoes. A short light pink mesh skirt is optional. Hair pulled back in a bun, ponytail, clip etc. You can find these items on Amazon, Discount Dance Online, or local dance stores. Let us know if you have questions or need help finding attire!

Dress code: Any color leotard with pink or tan tights and pink or tan ballet shoes and any color shorts OR T-shirt and leggings/joggers with black jazz shoes. Ballet and Contemporary Ages 10-14
Academy of Arts introduces children to the joy and creativity of dance in a loving, Christ-centered environment. Students will explore the fundamentals of ballet, build confidence, coordination, balance, and musicality through imaginative movement, and beginning ballet and contemporary technique.
Tuition is $75/month per student for this class, and $65/month per student for siblings.
