Adaptive Dance Workshop SESSION 1
Adaptive Dance Session 1: (ages 4-10 recommended)
This session is for children with disabilities that combines music, movement, and creative play in a supportive setting. Dancers will explore movement through games, props, rhythm activities, and imaginative themes while working on coordination, motor skills, and social interaction. *Caregiver assistance is recommended for this class to help support each dancer’s individual needs and participation.

This session is for students with disabilities that provides a more structured style dance class, but offers extra support in participation and sensory awareness for every student. Dancers will learn basic technique, movement, rhythm, and coordination while exploring different styles of dance in an encouraging environment. This class is designed to help students build confidence, social skills, and a love for dance at their own pace. * Caregiver assistance is not needed, but allowed if preferred.
