Adult Beginner Ballet
Perfect for adults with no previous dance experience, this introductory ballet class provides a supportive and comfortable environment to learn the basics of classical ballet. Students will be guided through fundamental positions, simple movements, basic ballet vocabulary, posture, balance, and coordination at a gradual pace. The class focuses on building strength, flexibility, musicality, and confidence while fostering a love of movement. No prior experience is necessary—everyone is welcome.
This class is drop-in ONLY and is $25 per class. Punch cards accepted.
