Now we need brave pirates and magical mermaids to work together to find it! Go on a treasure hunt, craft, play, snack and even build a ship with your fellow mermaids and mateys! Dressing up as a pirate or mermaid is encouraged but not required.

The remainder will be led with suggestions and options to best suit your own description of what rest and relaxation mean to you. The time of class is strategically placed to promote a clear mind and relaxed body for a peaceful night of sleep.
