This class prepares them to transition to a faster paced class and encourages them to learn the fundamentals and structure of a dance class. They will continue to learn correct feet and arm positions and learn proper etiquette for dance classes, as well as learn the basic vocabulary of the style.

A fun, high-energy dance fitness class designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving! Cardio Dance Burn combines easy-to-follow choreography with upbeat pop and hip-hop music, creating an energizing workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise.

Barre Basics is a low-impact, full-body workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. You'll improve posture, increase flexibility, and build strength — no dance experience required.

This program is perfect for women of all fitness levels who want to boost their mood, improve endurance, and enjoy movement in a supportive, judgment-free space. Just come ready to sweat, smile, and have fun.

Unlimited Access: when you register, you'll receive unlimited access to all four classes each week (16 classes per month). You only need to register for one time slot, and you’ll be free to attend any or all of the scheduled sessions:
