This contemporary class is designed to develop technical skill, creativity, and expressive movement. The class begins with a warm-up to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness, often incorporating floor work and core exercises. Students explore contemporary techniques such as contractions, release, turns, jumps, and fluid transitions, with an emphasis on musicality, dynamics, and personal expression. Combinations and improvisation encourage creativity, confidence, and performance quality.
