This class will consist of tumbling skills, mat work and strengthening exercises. All levels of dancers will be challenged as students can work at the pace right for them to achieve cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, handsprings, aerials and more.
** Students in this class will not learn a routine for the shows.

This class is for adults of all ages and is inspired by Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. This class will be a fun, full body workout that will help improve strength, flexibility and balance.
