Rec All Star Competitive Cheer Fall 2026
Level 1
Tumbling: Basic skills like cartwheels, round-offs, back/front walkovers, and forward/backward rolls are standard. Tumbling must maintain contact with the floor; no back handsprings or flips.
Stunts: Limited to prep level (shoulder height) or below for two-legged stunts, with one-legged stunts generally required to be below prep level.
Pyramids: Basic, grounded structures are permitted, focusing on stability.
Dismounts: Straight cradles are allowed, but no twisting or advanced dismounts.
Tosses: No basket tosses or air-borne tosses allowed.
