Designed for our youngest dancers and the caregivers who cheer them on, Mini Movers & Me is a gentle, joyful introduction to movement, rhythm, and the magic of dance. Each 30-minute class invites toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years to explore music and motion in a nurturing, age-appropriate environment — with caregivers welcome to participate alongside them every step of the way.
No prior dance experience is needed — just a love of movement and a readiness to explore. Mini Movers are welcome to come dressed in traditional dance attire or simply in comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing. Whatever helps your little one feel ready to dance is exactly right.

Open to dancers ages 7 and up with beginner to intermediate experience.
Students will work at a pace appropriate to their individual skill level while progressing alongside peers in a supportive class setting — making it an ideal fit for new tappers and those ready to refine what they already know.
Prior dance experience is not required. Female dancers should wear a leotard with form-fitting athletic bottoms. Male dancers should wear a form-fitting athletic top with athletic bottoms. Bare feet or contemporary half-soles may be worn.

Conditioning is a structured strength and fitness class designed specifically for dancers, combining weight training and workout circuits to develop the body awareness, stability, and physical strength that translates directly across every style of dance.
Open to dancers ages 10 and up of all skill levels. Whether your dancer is just beginning their training or is a seasoned performer looking to elevate their technique, Conditioning provides the physical foundation to help them move with greater control, precision, and confidence in any discipline.
No prior conditioning experience is necessary — just a commitment to showing up and putting in the work.

Emphasis is placed on clarity of sound, speed, and the ability to interpret music with nuance and style.

Pre-Pointe & Pointe is a focused and foundational class designed for dedicated ballet dancers ages 10 and up who are working toward or have already achieved pointe work. This class develops the strength, alignment, and technique required to dance safely and beautifully on pointe, with careful attention given to each dancer's individual progress and readiness.
Students who have not yet passed the GDT pointe exam will train in pre-pointe work, building the ankle strength, foot articulation, and technical foundation necessary to advance. Dancers who have successfully passed the GDT pointe exam will work in pointe shoes, progressing through barre and center exercises that refine their skills and build confidence on pointe.
Please note that pointe shoe work in class is permitted only for dancers who have passed the GDT pointe exam. Enrollment in this class does not guarantee clearance for pointe work.
Prior dance experience is recommended. Female dancers should wear a leotard with form-fitting athletic bottoms. Male dancers should wear a form-fitting athletic top with athletic bottoms. Bare feet or contemporary half-soles may be worn.
