Taught by company director,Tanya Ward, this is our longest running class. Multi level groups within the class,so beginners welcome.
Foundations in RAD ballet, ISTD modern dance with Radar Techniques. It's a mixture of everything needed to create a strong & confident dancer. Mindfulness, breathing & affirmations help our students navigate the ups & downs of current life. The exclusive at home programme is designed for maximum progress, injury prevention & healthy minds.
