Intro to Dance
This class is designed for tiny dancers, ages 2.5–5 (should be potty trained and ready to participate independently) and is offered without parent/guardian participation. Dancers will explore the very basics of ballet, tap, and Hawaiian dance in a fun, positive, and encouraging environment.
Through age-appropriate instruction and playful movement, dancers will develop balance, flexibility, coordination, rhythm, listening skills, and self-confidence while learning how to participate in a dance class independently.

This class is a wonderful next step for young dancers who have completed Intro to Dance and are ready to continue developing their dance skills. It is also a great option for new dancers ages 5–7 who are just beginning their dance journey.
Designed for dancers who may not yet be ready to choose just one style, this class allows students to explore both ballet and tap in one fun and engaging class. Dancers will learn the fundamentals of ballet technique, tap steps, rhythm, coordination, musicality, balance, and movement through age-appropriate exercises and combinations.
Classes provide a positive and encouraging environment where young dancers can build confidence, coordination, listening skills, and a love of dance while developing skills in both styles.

Students will continue developing proper technique through skills such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges, walkovers, chin stands, elbow stands, and introductory handsprings, with additional skills introduced as they are ready. Classes will also incorporate balance work, conditioning, flexibility training, and partner skills.
Students will be challenged to refine their technique, improve body control, and safely progress toward more advanced skills while working at their individual level.
Recommended for: Dancers with previous acrobatics experience who are comfortable with foundational skills and ready to advance their training.

Exercises will focus on developing ankle flexibility, coordination, balance, and speed of movement. Emphasis is placed on proper tap technique, producing clear and precise sounds, using the feet as an instrument, and most importantly, having fun while dancing!
Prerequisite: At least 2 years of previous tap training is required

Classes include warm-ups, body isolations, stretching, turns, leaps, technical steps, across-the-floor progressions, and choreography combinations. Dancers will work on building strength, flexibility, coordination, musicality, and confidence while developing their individual performance style.
Through engaging choreography and energetic movement, dancers will be encouraged to perform with confidence, personality, and style.

Students will also learn to use hula implements such as the ipu (gourd), pu’ili (a split bamboo rod), the ‘uli ‘uli (feathered gourd rattle), and also the Maori poi ball. Dancers will learn to tell a story using their hands and body movements, while the meanings of the dances will be explained. Basic Tahitian dance movements will also be taught.

Advanced Acrobats
This intermediate-level acrobatics class is designed for students who have a foundation in basic acro skills and are ready to build strength, flexibility, control, and confidence while progressing to more challenging skills.
Students will continue developing proper technique through skills such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges, walkovers, chin stands, elbow stands, and introductory handsprings, with additional skills introduced as they are ready. Classes will also incorporate balance work, conditioning, flexibility training, and partner skills.
Students will be challenged to refine their technique, improve body control, and safely progress toward more advanced skills while working at their individual level.
Previous acrobatics experience and mastery of foundational skills are required for this class

In this advanced-level class, dancers will develop musicality, fluidity, strength, flexibility, and dynamic movement while exploring emotion and individuality through choreography. Dancers will be challenged to interpret movement with intention, feeling, and style to tell a story and bring the music to life.
Prerequisite: Minimum of 4 years of dance experience. Recommended for dancers with a strong foundation in ballet and jazz who are ready for advanced-level training.

Jazz is a high-energy and dynamic class that combines upbeat music with exciting movement, while placing a strong emphasis on technique, performance quality, strength, flexibility, and style. Dancers will be introduced to a variety of jazz styles, including Broadway, contemporary, and traditional jazz.
Classes include warm-ups, body isolations, stretching, turns, leaps, technical steps, across-the-floor progressions, and choreography combinations. Dancers will work on building strength, flexibility, coordination, musicality, and confidence while developing their individual performance style.
Through engaging choreography and energetic movement, dancers will be encouraged to perform with confidence, personality, and style.
Prerequisite: At least 4 years of previous jazz training is required.

Tap classes are designed to develop rhythm, timing, coordination, musicality, style, and sound through the use of the dancer’s feet to various types of music or a cappella. Students will learn a variety of tap styles, steps, and combinations while building their technique and confidence.
Exercises will focus on developing ankle flexibility, coordination, balance, and speed of movement. Emphasis is placed on proper tap technique, producing clear and precise sounds, using the feet as an instrument, and most importantly, having fun while dancing!
Prerequisite: At least 4 years of previous tap training is required

This 45-minute class is designed for boys and girls who are walking through 3 years old, with parent/guardian participation. Together, you and your little one will explore age-appropriate activities that encourage movement, music, dance, learning, and laughter!
Each class includes open play, creative movement, easy-to-follow dances, music, and interactive activities designed to keep little ones engaged while building confidence and developing new skills.
Watch your little one grow and progress at their own pace as they develop coordination, balance, listening skills, and self-confidence, all while having fun and making new friends. Through age-appropriate instruction and playful movement, dancers will develop balance, flexibility, coordination, rhythm, listening skills, and self-confidence while learning how to participate in a dance class independently.

In Hip Hop, dancers will learn the fundamentals of hip hop movement, including grooves, rhythm, isolations, basic steps, musicality, and age-appropriate choreography. Dancers will develop coordination, confidence, self-expression, and performance skills while learning to move to a variety of upbeat music.
In Hawaiian, dancers will be introduced to the fundamentals of hula, basic footwork, hand motions, Hawaiian language, culture, music, and storytelling through movement. Dancers will learn how hand gestures and movements can help communicate the meaning and story behind Hawaiian songs.
This combo class gives young dancers the opportunity to experience two different styles while building coordination, rhythm, musicality, confidence, cultural awareness, and a love of dance in a fun and encouraging environment.
