Technique Lab
Designed for dedicated dancers who want to grow both inside and outside the studio, this comprehensive training class develops well-rounded artists through technical instruction, physical conditioning, and life skills. Each week will focus on one primary dance style while incorporating cross-training in ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip-hop, turns, leaps, tricks, flexibility, and strength training.

Beyond dance technique, students will participate in age-appropriate discussions and activities centered on fitness, conditioning, injury prevention, body positivity, healthy habits, nutrition awareness, personal hygiene, mental wellness, confidence, goal setting, and caring for their bodies as dancers. This class is designed to equip young dancers with the knowledge, discipline, and confidence to thrive both in and out of the studio while fostering a healthy relationship with dance and themselves.

Perfect for dancers looking to build strong technique, improve athletic performance, develop healthy habits, and grow into confident, well-rounded performers.

This faith-based dance class is designed for teens and adults who desire to grow both artistically and spiritually through movement. Dancers will learn contemporary dance fundamentals, proper technique, terminology, alignment, flexibility, strength, and expressive movement while developing confidence and artistry.

In addition to technical training, students will explore the biblical foundations of worship through dance, learning how movement can be used as a powerful form of praise, prayer, storytelling, and ministry. Each class incorporates Biblical application, encouraging dancers to connect their faith with their artistry and use their gifts to glorify God.

Whether you are new to dance or have previous experience, Contemporary Worship provides a welcoming environment to grow in technique, creativity, worship, and purpose.

This class is not a recital-based class but students will have a collective option to participate
