Stretch & Flex is a non-performance based class focused on improving flexibility, mobility, and overall strength. Through a low-impact, full-body routine, we’ll work on stretching and flexing the body while building the strength needed to support safe, sustainable movement.
This class is tailored for dancers, but is open to anyone looking to increase flexibility, improve range of motion, and move with greater ease and control. Each session is designed to support injury prevention, body awareness, and longevity in movement.
The class concludes with a guided relaxation, allowing time to unwind, reset, and leave feeling grounded and restored.

This class focuses on learning how to safely and creatively incorporate a chair into your dance choreography. You’ll explore beginner to intermediate chair-based tricks, transitions, and movement patterns designed to build confidence, control, and stage presence.

Delivered in a group setting within a set time-frame, the focus is on act structure, creative development, and performance enhancement, with guidance tailored toward developing strong, stage-ready work.
While students are encouraged to support one another and offer positive, constructive feedback, professional critique and direction will be provided by the instructor. This ensures feedback remains consistent, supportive, and aligned with the learning outcomes of the course.
Please note that one-on-one skill-building is not included in this group class. Performers wishing to develop specific technical skills, such as working with props like boas or feather fans, are encouraged to book a private lesson with the instructor or a performer experienced in that area. Referrals can be provided upon request.
