Apogee Extreme Week is a training experience that is a mandatory requirement for all 2025–2026 Apogee Team dancers. Throughout the week, dancers will train with master teachers traveling in from across the Northeast, bringing fresh perspectives, diverse choreography, and expert instruction.

Dancers will dive into a range of styles including ballet, tap, acro, contemporary, and more, working on advanced technique, versatility, and performance quality. Each day is packed with challenging combinations and genre-specific training, culminating in a Friday audition where dancers present the material they've learned during the week in order to receive their 2025-26 placements. This week is designed to push dancers artistically and technically, setting the tone for a focused and successful competition season.

Thursday Intermediate Tumble
Tumbling refers to floor gymnastics. Strengthening and motor function are explored through beginner/intermediate tumble skills. Stretching is emphasized as well. Progression and proper technique for each skill are monitored before dancers are able to move on to move forward in the curriculum. Previous experience recommended. Note: This is a non recital class.
