Monday First Steps to Hip Hop - Winter/Spring
This high-energy, upbeat class is perfect for your little hip-hopper! Designed for dancers in Kindergarten or Grade 1, this program introduces basic Hip Hop technique in a fun, age-appropriate way. Students will learn how to “be” in a dance class environment, develop teamwork skills, and build confidence through movement, rhythm, and lots of fun.
The Winter/Spring term includes 17 classes, with tuition covering the full session.
A costume fee of $65 will be applied and due in February.
Dancers will hit the stage as part of our exciting Studio-Wide Show on Saturday, May 23th, 2026

This focused Pilates class for dancers ages 12+ is designed to enhance strength, control, and alignment—key ingredients for technical excellence in all dance styles. Through low-impact, core-driven movement, dancers will improve posture, flexibility, body awareness, and injury prevention.

From the bounce of hip hop to the sharpness of tap and the fluid power of jazz—this is where it all connects.
Dancers will break down musical phrasing, learn to count complex rhythms, and train their bodies to move with precision, control, and serious style. Think: sharper hits, deeper pliés, cleaner transitions, and the kind of confidence that only comes from owning both the rhythm and the technique.

From marching across the floor to learning forward rolls with assistance to dancing through magical imaginative scenarios, you and your dancer will move through this 30-minute class with the guidance of one of our instructors. This class is a great way to introduce dance studio etiquette without the stress of a recital or exam.
Parents are highly encouraged to caffeinate before this class and come prepared to participate! Dancers of all abilities and genders are welcome in this class.

This is a short-term program is a terrific "first step" into dance training for your child. Our goal is to encourage your child's love of movement and learning all while setting them up for success in their social relationships, cognitive development and physical development.
Students must be 3 years old by January 1st, fully potty trained and open to participating on their own without a parent to enrol (we understand sometimes it takes a few classes to be able to do the class independently).
The Winter/Spring class ends with a Parent Viewing Class on April 25th with dancers in little costume bits to celebrate the term!

Partner Dance: The Art of Connection and Communication Event
Discover the fundamentals of partner dancing through connection and nonverbal communication. This class introduces the essential roles of lead and follow, teaching how partners communicate through body language, timing, and physical cues—no words needed.
Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your technique, you'll learn how to move confidently with a partner, respond to subtle signals, and build trust on the dance floor. We'll explore classic partner dance styles used and based in styles such as Tango, Nightclub 2-Step and West Coast Swing.
No partner necessary—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to connect through movement!
But also a great opportunity for a date night! Sign the kids up for glow stick fun happening in the other studio!
The class will be split into two 50 minutes sections with a 20 minute break in the middle.
$20/person
