This class is designed for adults with previous ballet experience. It’s not suitable for complete beginners, as we focus on building strength, technique, and advanced combinations in a structured ballet class.
This Adult Ballet class is perfect for those who trained as teens or danced when they were younger and are looking to return to ballet in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Classes will revisit fundamental ballet techniques while gradually building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. With a focus on alignment, musicality, and expressive movement, dancers will have the opportunity to reconnect with ballet at a comfortable and encouraging pace.

This foundational ballet class introduces dancers to the elegance, discipline, and technique of classical ballet in a fun and supportive environment. Dancers will continue to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and proper body alignment while building confidence and poise. Each class includes a structured warm-up, barre and centre work, across-the-floor progressions, and simple ballet combinations. Emphasis is placed on proper ballet terminology, musicality, balance, and graceful movement.
