45-Minute Weekly Class

Calling all homeschool dancers, gymnasts, and acro lovers! Our Homeschool Acro Level 1–2 class is designed for students who are ready to build their acrobatic skills, strength, flexibility, and confidence in a fun and encouraging environment.

This 45-minute weekly class focuses on developing and strengthening foundational acro skills, including handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges, and kickovers. Students will work on achieving new skills while also learning how to clean up and improve skills they already have.

Along with foundational tumbling, students will build the strength and flexibility needed to progress safely and confidently into more advanced acro skills. Students will also be introduced to fun beginner acro tricks such as chin stands, elbow stands, heel stretches, needles, and more!

⭐ No prior acro experience is required for Level 1. Students with some previous acro experience may be placed toward the Level 2 curriculum within the combined class.

Please note: This class will begin as a combined Level 1–2 class. If there is enough enrollment and demand, we would LOVE to split the class into separate Level 1 and Level 2 sections so students can receive even more individualized instruction at their appropriate skill level!

Aerial Silks Stretch & Conditioning

30-Minute Weekly Class

Build the strength, flexibility, and body control needed to become a stronger and more confident aerialist! This 30-minute weekly class is specifically designed to support aerial silks students by focusing on the physical conditioning and flexibility that directly benefits aerial training.

Students will work on core strength, upper-body strength, grip strength, leg strength, active flexibility, splits, back flexibility, and overall body control. Exercises and stretches will help students improve their ability to safely execute silks skills, hold positions, transition between tricks, and develop the strength needed for more advanced aerial skills.

This class is a great addition to any aerial silks student’s schedule and is designed to help them become stronger, more flexible, and more confident in the air! 🤸‍♀️✨

30-Minute Weekly Class - BEGINS OCTOBER 6TH!

Get ready to make some noise! Our Tap Technique class is designed for dancers ages 6–9 who want to build a strong tap foundation while developing rhythm, musicality, coordination, and confidence.

Students will work on essential tap skills including shuffles, flaps, ball changes, time steps, pick-ups, cramp rolls, basic turns, and more while learning proper technique and clean execution. Class will also focus on rhythm patterns, weight changes, footwork, musicality, and learning to listen and respond to the sounds they create.

This class is perfect for dancers who want to strengthen their tap technique, improve their overall coordination, and become more confident and well-rounded performers! 🎶👞✨

Inclusive Aerial Silks | EveryBODY Dances

Our Inclusive Aerial Silks class is designed specifically for children with special needs, ages 6 and up, providing a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment where every student can explore movement, build confidence, and experience the joy of aerial arts!

This 45-minute weekly class will introduce students to the fundamentals of aerial silks at a pace that is comfortable and appropriate for each individual dancer. Students will work on strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, body awareness, and basic aerial skills while celebrating their unique abilities and accomplishments.

This class is part of our EveryBODY Dances program, which is completely sponsored through generous donations, allowing students to participate at no cost to their families. Our goal is to create an inclusive space where every child feels welcomed, supported, and empowered to shine! 💙

This dynamic combo class builds on foundational dance skills while introducing dancers to a more structured and progressive training environment. Dancers will learn proper terminology, improve performance quality, and gain confidence through across-the-floor and center work. For recital, students will learn a hip-hop routine and a tap routine, giving them the opportunity to showcase multiple styles on stage.

Students will work on building strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and confidence while learning mounts, poses, transitions, spins, and fun aerial combinations.

This class is open to beginner and intermediate-level students, making it a great option for students who are new to Lyra as well as those who have previous aerial experience. Students will be appropriately challenged based on their individual skill level while developing strong aerial technique in a safe and encouraging environment.

This 45-minute weekly class introduces students to a variety of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and POM. Students will explore movement, rhythm, coordination, musicality, and age-appropriate dance skills in a fun and supportive environment where individual abilities are celebrated.

This workshop is designed for dancers and gymnasts ages 6+ who are beginning their acro journey and want to build confidence, strength, flexibility, and foundational acrobatic skills. Students will have the opportunity to learn new tricks, work on technique, challenge themselves, and add new skills to their acro toolbox in a fun and encouraging environment.

With Joye’s years of experience in dance and acrobatics and Josie’s impressive background in competitive dance, contortion, and advanced acrobatic skills, this mother-daughter duo is sure to make this an unforgettable workshop!

CADC students and non-CADC students are welcome!
