Learn to Highland Dance! Dancers ages 4-7 will learn the foundations of the traditional dances in a fun and supportive environment.

Dance Nutrition Workshop
Join Sara for a high-energy, interactive workshop just for dancers! Sara is a registered dietician who specializes in supporting athletes and performers with practical, sustainable nutrition strategies. She is passionate about helping dancers fuel for energy, injury prevention, and develop a positive relationship with food and body, so they can feel and perform their best on stage and in training.

In her workshop, you'll learn how to fuel for energy and endurance, hydration strategies, meal and snack ideas to optimize protein, and tools you need to perform and feel YOUR best.

No Diet Dietician is a Vermont-based team of registered dietitians dedicated to helping dancers fuel their bodies for strength, energy, and performance. We provide insurance-covered nutrition counseling that supports injury recovery, body image, eating disorder care, and sustainable approaches to food - so dancers can thrive both on and off the stage.

The workshop will be recorded and available to families. Only one registration needed per family.

Returning primary and young beginner students will continue working on the fundamentals of the traditional dances: Fling and and Sword.

Highland Laddies
Just for the laddies! New and returning dancers are welcome in this class, open to students ages 6+. This class is intended for young men, those who identifying as men, and gender nonconforming individuals.

For competitive & recreational Pre-Premier dancers. This class will focus on the fundamentals of the four highland dances: Fling, Sword, Seann Triubhas, and Reel, as well as two National dances: Lilt and Flora.

Advanced/Premier Highland
This class focuses on championship and premiership dances, advanced technique, jig, and hornpipe. For dancers competing at the Intermediate or Premier level, or by instructor permission.
