Pre-pointe ballet class prepares students for dancing on pointe by strengthening their feet, ankles, and core muscles, and improving ballet technique. This class focuses on developing the necessary physical strength and technical skills to safely and effectively transition into pointe work in the future. Barre and center work will be a large portion of class. Students will also be required to have an exercise band and wear convertible or footless tights to class with ballet shoes.
