Leap into the Limelight, it's time to start your dance journey with us! Creative Movement students will learn basic dance technique through the use of props, various musical instruments, and imaginative movement cues. Helping foster both fine and gross motor skills, all while teaching them to express themselves through movement. Students in this class will have the opportunity to perform in our annual Winter Show in December and annual Spring Recital in late May. Creative Movement students are to be potty trained prior to their first class with us.

It's time to bust a move, Limelight now offers Hip Hop classes! We are so excited to offer this class in our space. Students will understand the fundamentals of hip hop through progressions each week. Learning groove, bounce, and various styles that have brought hip hop into pop culture so rapidly! This class will perform in our annual Spring Recital.
Class Attire: Students are to wear a loose t-shirt (appropriate graphic tees okay), with pants or leggings (looser fitting sweatpants or joggers work great!), along with tennis shoes reserved for the studio to help keep our space clean.

Acro is its own art form, and we are excited to offer this class. Our new curriculum has a competitive combination of 'old school' and 'new school' techniques to create strong and flexible acrobats. This class will not participate in Winter Show, but will participate in our Spring Recital.

Start your Saturday the right way, with ballet! Ballet Mix is for students wanting to improve on their ballet technique and artistry. This class being longer allows us to do so! Diving deeper into technique with the use of both written and practical exams, students will further their understanding and appreciation of the style.

Creative Movement (Ages 3&4)
Leap into the Limelight, it's time to start your dance journey with us! Creative Movement students will learn basic dance technique through the use of props, various musical instruments, and imaginative movement cues. Helping foster both fine and gross motor skills, all while teaching them to express themselves through movement. Students in this class will have the opportunity to perform in our annual Winter Show in December and annual Spring Recital in late May. Creative Movement students are to be potty trained prior to their first class with us.

Express yourself! Students are to be enrolled in at least one weekly ballet class in order to enroll in this class.
Lyrical and Contemporary students will learn a mix of Lyrical terminology and begin to explore the world of Modern and Contemporary dance. These styles help develop a sense of grace and elegance onstage, while improving the bodily awareness of students. Cross-training with these styles will help students grow exponentially! This class will perform in our Spring Recital.
