Movement: Soft, flowing, continuous, with high leaps and expressive facial work, directly mirroring the music's narrative.
Music: Emotionally charged songs with clear lyrics.
Contemporary Dance
Focus: Versatility, improvisation, and exploring freedom of movement, often abstractly.
Technique: Fuses modern, ballet, jazz, and lyrical; grounded, athletic, and experimental, incorporating release technique, floor work, and dynamic changes.
Movement: Can be powerful, sharp, fluid, or inverted, pushing boundaries beyond traditional lines.
Music: A broad range, not always tied to lyrics; aims to elevate a concept.

Seniors Hiphop
Seniors Hiphop class for ages 12-18 years
A more Advanced level Hiphop class where you will take on more challenging combos and tricks and learn different Hiphop Genres.
There are some pre-requisites for this class and students must have completed at least 1 year in Mid-level class.

45-minute duration.
Key Differences from Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Levels
Higher Intensity: Because it is shorter, the class is often more athletic and continuous, designed for dancers with existing strength.
Faster Combinations: Less time for demonstration and correction during the exercise, requiring faster pickup of choreography.
Refinement: The focus shifts from just learning the steps to executing them with precision, artistry, and musicality.
In a 45-minute format, the teacher will likely minimize talking between exercises, moving swiftly from one movement to the next to maximize the dancing time
