Our classes are split by Level, ensuring each dancer is encouraged to reach their personal potential, regardless of age. The program is designed to teach dancers a complete understanding of AcroDance/Gymnastics dance and is based on the five divisions: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering, Tumbling. The syllabus is currently based on 350 skills and is constantly updated to ensure it is comprehensive.
