This is a program for ages 3-5. It's a month -to-month commitment which means your athlete can sign up at any point in the year! It's designed for those athletes just getting started and want to learn motions, jumps, tumbling and stunting!

A technique-focused class designed to improve jump height, flexibility, strength, and execution. Athletes will work proper body positions, sharp motions, pointed toes, and drills to develop powerful, competition-ready jumps.

This class is designed for athletes who have mastered Level 1 tumbling and are ready to begin power tumbling and introduce back handsprings with proper technique.

REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND, ATHLETES MUST HAVE:
A solid back walkover
Strong round-off technique
Front Walkover
Back Walkover series/combos

For advanced tumblers ready to work on more powerful skills and connecting multiple tumbling elements. This class emphasizes form, technique, and conditioning for higher-level tumbling passes.

REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND, ATHLETES MUST HAVE:
Standing back handspring (unassisted)
Round-off back handspring multiples (unassisted)
Front walkover round-off back-handspring
Strong technique and control
