Open to dancers of all levels—come ready to sweat, grow, and get stronger!

This non-recital class is designed for dancers with at least 3 years of experience who want to refine their ballet technique in a focused, disciplined setting. Under the expert instruction of Ms. Emily, students will build a strong foundation through barre work, center exercises, and across-the-floor combinations, emphasizing proper alignment, strength, and classical form.

Because this class is not part of the recital program, dancers can fully concentrate on developing precision, grace, and technical skill without the pressure of performance. Ideal for students looking to deepen their training or prepare for more advanced levels of ballet.

Previous dance experience required; ballet shoes and proper attire expected.

The class includes pre-pointe conditioning, barre and center work, and progressive pointe exercises tailored to each dancer’s level. Dancers must be invited into this class and receive individual approval from Ms. Emily before beginning pointe work or purchasing pointe shoes.

Strong ballet foundation and instructor approval required. Pointe readiness is evaluated on an individual basis to ensure safety and success.
