Beginner Tumbling
This class is designed to help young athletes build a strong tumbling foundation in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Athletes will learn basic tumbling skills such as cartwheels, handstands, forward and backward rolls, and backbends while developing coordination, balance, flexibility, and body awareness.
Classes include age-appropriate drills, games, and skill progressions that keep athletes engaged and excited to learn. Our coaches focus on proper technique and confidence-building, helping each child progress at their own pace while feeling encouraged and supported every step of the way. Level 2/3 Tumbling
This class is designed for athletes who have confidently mastered Level 1 tumbling skills and are ready to train more advanced tumbling. Athletes must have a round off, back walkover, and front limber to enroll.
Level 2/3 focuses on developing power, speed, and technique through progressive drills and skill connections. Athletes will work on advanced skills such as back handsprings, fly springs, tucks, aerials, and front tucks, while improving strength, control, and body awareness.
Coaches emphasize safe progressions, proper technique, and confidence-building in a positive and motivating environment. This class is ideal for athletes looking to advance their tumbling skills, connect passes, and prepare for higher-level tumbling and cheer performance.
