Dance Pilates
An hour long dance pilates class for teen and adults. The goal of the class is to increase strength and to have fun!
The class incorporates aspect of Pilates as well as dance conditioning bringing mindfulness to core strength, hip mobility, and posture.

Teen/Adult Tap Technique
An open level Tap class for teen and adults. The purpose of the class is to help expand knowledge of tap terminology while also helping develop tap technique and getting a good cardio work out!

An hour long class that focuses on Ballet technique. Class will include barre work, adagio/allegro center work, conditioning and stretch, as well as choreography.

Beginner Dance
A beginner combo class for ages 5-8 years old. Genres of dance include Tap, Ballet, and Acrobatics. The goal of the class is to help the dancer build strength and skill towards their next class.
As we start our first season, there may be some fluctuation with the class schedule as we determine the class sizes and skill levels, to be sure each class is set up for success!

This class is 1.5 hours long to ensure enough time for conditioning and skill development for all three styles of dance.
This class is for the intermediate dancer who is continuing to build onto their tap skills, while also exploring creative expression and skill development in Jazz and Contemporary.

This is a more advanced class for the dancer who has experience in the styles of Tap, Jazz, and Contemporary. The focus of this class will be continued skill development and emotional expression to enhance performance quality.
