The weekly class focuses heavily on technique, stretching, and strength and stamina.

This weekly conditioning class is designed to build strong, well-rounded dancers through a progressive, age-appropriate curriculum. This class focuses on the four essential pillars every dancer needs to succeed:

๐…๐ฅ๐ž๐ฑ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ โ€“ Dynamic and static stretching to improve range of motion while promoting healthy, injury-preventive habits.

Core 4 is structured to progress throughout the season, allowing dancers to build skills week by week while reinforcing technique. This class is highly recommended for dancers looking to improve performance.
