The work supports turnout in the hips and feet, enhances control for adagio, increases endurance, and contributes to stronger, more coordinated jumps. Each class opens with stretching and conditioning, incorporating elements of Pilates to build strength, alignment, and flexibility. Dancers then move through structured barre work, followed by center practice and across-the-floor combinations to develop coordination, balance, and artistry.
