Our Hip Hop class is high-energy, fun, and confidence-boosting! Designed for dancers ages 6 and up, this class focuses on rhythm, coordination, musicality, and age-appropriate hip hop technique. Dancers will learn foundational grooves, footwork, and dynamic choreography while building strength, style, and self-expression in a positive, encouraging environment.

Flip & Flow blends expressive dance with progressive tumbling skills. Dancers will continue strengthening technique, flexibility, and control while advancing beyond beginner skills to include cartwheels, bridges, back bends, and walkovers. This class encourages confidence, fluid movement, and smooth skill transitions.
