Our Youth Salsa Competition Team is designed for passionate, dedicated dancers who are ready to take their training and performance skills to the next level. Team members train in advanced Salsa choreography, musicality, styling, technique, and performance while preparing to represent Latin Elements Dance Company at competitions, showcases, and special performances throughout the season.
The program emphasizes discipline, teamwork, artistry, confidence, and commitment, both in the studio and on stage.
Participation is by instructor invitation or audition only.
Mandatory Training Requirements
To participate in and maintain placement on the Competition Team, dancers are required to remain enrolled in both:
• Advanced Salsa
• Advanced Technique
Enrollment and consistent participation in both required classes are a condition of Competition Team membership.
