This ballet class is designed for dancers of all ages and experience levels who want to build a strong technical foundation. Class will focus on proper body placement, posture, alignment, flexibility, strength, and classical ballet terminology. Dancers will work through barre exercises, center work, and across-the-floor combinations to develop balance, coordination, and grace while refining fundamental technique.
Whether you are brand new to ballet or looking to strengthen your training, this class emphasizes clean technique, discipline, and artistry in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Dress Code:
Hair must be pulled back securely (bun preferred). Dancers are required to wear form-fitting attire so instructors can properly assess alignment and technique. No t-shirts or wide-legged pants permitted. Ballet shoes required.

HS Drill Team Technique Spring Break Class
High School Drill Team Technique
This class is designed specifically for dancers preparing for or currently participating in high school drill team. Focus will be placed on precision, performance quality, flexibility, strength, and technical execution required for drill team success.
Dancers will work on kick technique, jump preparation and height, turns (including doubles and beyond), leaps, pom technique, sharp arm placement, and clean transitions. Across-the-floor progressions and conditioning drills will help improve stamina, control, and consistency. Emphasis will also be placed on performance skills, projection, and memory retention to build confidence for tryouts and game-day performances.
This class is ideal for dancers wanting to make a team, move into an officer position, or refine their overall technique and style.
Dress Code:
Fitted dancewear required. Hair pulled back and secured. Jazz shoes or turners recommended.

Elite Leaps & Turns
This advanced technique class is designed for highly trained dancers ready to push their extension, power, control, and consistency to the next level. Dancers must have a clean quad turn (minimum requirement) to enroll, as this class will focus on advanced turn sequences, complex combinations, and high-level leap progressions.
Training will include multi-turn variations (quads and beyond), intricate turn transitions, switch leaps, second and center leaps, toe-touch variations, and advanced jump combinations. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, core strength, spotting, momentum control, and landing with precision. Dancers will also work on endurance and mental focus to maintain technique under pressure.
This is a fast-paced, challenging environment designed to refine elite-level skills and prepare dancers for competitions, auditions, and leadership positions.
