2026 Summer Sports
Leduc Canoe / Kayak Session 1
Canoe, Kayak, paddling sports at Leduc Boat Club, 4801 44 St, Leduc, AB T9E 5T3. 5 classes. Thursdays, 1:00pm to 3:00pm, Aug 13, 20, 27, Sep 3, 10.
There potentially will be kayak, canoe, dragon boat, stand-up paddle board (SUP), and rowing for select students
What can be done each day will be dependent on the wind and weather. We will try to do everything but cannot guarantee anything.
More likely to be able to do everything and have more chances to do SUP during Session 1 since the water will be warmer. Likely no dragon boat during Session 1. As the weather starts to cool down in Session 2 there will likely be less or no SUP and more dragon boat.
All equipment will be provided. Please dress appropriately for the activity. Bring a change of clothes and a towel in case you fall in the water. They have PFDs for everyone. You may bring your own PFD or Life jacket if you would prefer to use your own.

There potentially will be kayak, canoe, dragon boat, stand-up paddle board (SUP).
Rowing may be available for some students. There will be additional fees (Rowing Alberta and Rowing Canada fees) for rowing if you want to row more than 1 day, AND, you did not participate in rowing in the spring rowing sessions.
