Beginner Technique
Beginner Dance Technique
This class is designed for dancers who want to build a strong foundation in dance while improving their overall technique. Students will focus on proper body alignment, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, turns, leaps, and dance vocabulary in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Perfect for beginners or dancers looking to strengthen their skills, this class emphasizes correct technique and execution while helping students gain confidence and prepare for future dance opportunities. Dancers of all experience levels are welcome as we work to develop strong, healthy habits that will benefit them across all styles of dance.
