Mommy & Me
Mommy & Me class will get you and your toddler dancing and learning!
You will help guide your tiny dancer and introduce important social and motor skills.
Skills like dancing, singing preschool songs, using props, learning to share and take turns are just a few! It is a great first step to help foster the love of independent dance, cooperation, spatial awareness and following directions. This Monday class is for toddlers up to age 24 months. Class is grouped by age when possible to make for an optimal dance experience.

Modern dance class includes the exploration of breath & flow, time & space, art & nature, past & present to name a few. Students are encouraged to move to changing tempos, beats, floor patterns, emotion, and imagery. Modern dance embodies the natural flow of movement and encourages students to explore what movement means to them. This class is structured to include partnering and mat work.
Required Dancewear
Any color leotard, stirrup or footless tan tights, and foot undies. Hair secured in ponytail.
Dance shorts, leggings or skirts are allowed to be worn over leotard and tights

Lessons incorporate the use of props and require participation in dance games that create a fun inspiring atmosphere. These lessons teach proper dance technique & terminology, spatial awareness, rhythm, cooperation, and coordination. Each lesson builds upon the next. Class is held once a week and each lesson is 60 minutes in length.

This is an independent dance class with caregiver watching from our waiting area on a closed circuit TV. Ballerinas dress in any color leotard with pink tights and pink leather ballet shoes - add a beautiful skirt! NO glitter on any clothing please. Ms. Kim encourages you to dress your dancer properly for class so they can feel confident while dancing. Hair must be in a ponytail or bun. NO jewelry, NO gum and NO food. Bring a sealed water bottle for drink breaks!

This 3 class Modern and Acro summer dance class will be briming with EMOTION. Dancers will be challenged when incorporating emotions into their movements in the style of Modern Dance. The class will focus on fundamentals of modern dance such as breath and flow, rise and fall- while exploring the addition of emotions. We will build strength and confidence in our dancing while using props, yoga balls and bocks. Dance Acro will involve basic mat work: Bridges, cartwheels and handstands to name a few. Students will find this class interesting and fun! This is not your ordinary dance class!
Dancewear: Leotard, footless tights (or leggings) and CLEAN bare feet. NO SHOES. NO SOCKS. Hair must be secured off of face. NO food, no jewelry. Bring a sealed water bottle for drink breaks!.

Adult Ballet Barre
This class is held once a week for 60minutes a class. Focus will be ballet barre work that is low impact yet challenging. You will sweat! This class is for anyone who wants to continue barre work into their adult life. You should come dressed to dance and be prepared to push yourself (just like in ballet class when you were a kid!)
Hair secured in a ponytail and ballet shoes are recommended- we also use pirouettes. Happy to give you a recommendation for shoes if you need it!
Ballet leotards, tights and dance shorts/leggings are encouraged- you should come dressed to dance so you feel like a dancer!

WE use the matt for ACRO and students must have hair our of the way! Legs must be covered by convertible toe tights- we take our jazz shoes off to reveal our CLEAN bare feet for matt time!

Any color leotard, stirrup or footless tan tights, and foot undies. Hair secured in ponytail.

This is an independent dance class for toddlers ready to dance on their own along with classmates, utilize props, play dance games, and sing & dance to educational preschool songs. It is a great first step to help foster the love of independent dance, cooperation, spatial awareness and following directions.

Ballet, Tap & Jazz lessons with emphasis on musicality, rhythm, and dance terminology. Lessons incorporate the use of props and require participation in dance games that create a fun inspiring atmosphere. These lessons teach proper dance technique & terminology, spatial awareness, rhythm, cooperation, and coordination. Each lesson builds upon the next. Class is held once a week and each lesson is 60 minutes in length.
Class Information & Required Dancewear: Class leotard color is LIGHT BLUE.
Light BLUE leotard, convertible pink ballet tights, pink leather ballet shoes,
tan Mary Jane tap shoes with buckle or velcro closure,
and tan slip on Jazz shoes (no laces).
Hair secured in bun/ ponytail.
NO TUTUS, NO SKIRTS unless it is "the last class of each month"- then a skirt or dance shorts may be added.
No jewelry or gum.

Designed for students that completed Modern & Acro in Season 11 Friday nights 7-8pm that would like to continue to LEVEL up their Modern & Acro skills in Season 12. The use of bands, yoga blocks and balls will help strengthen dancing muscles and improve balance.
This Class is invitation ONLY. SPECIALLY priced as a second class for you and the other 7 original classmates! If your student is ONLY going to take this class the tuition will be adjusted to $90/month.
Your place is only held until August 1st. If you have not registered for this class by August 1st, it will be open to other students.
Required Dancewear: Any color leotard, convertible toe pink or tan tights, tan Capezio jazz shoes ((slip on boot) no laces!)) Hair secured in ponytail. NO JEWLERY. No gum, Leggings and dance shorts may be worn over leotard and tights. NO SKIRTS, NO sweatshirts, no hoodies! Come dressed to dance!
