This class is designed for dancers with previous ballet experience who are ready to continue developing their technique, strength, flexibility, and artistry. Dancers will build upon foundational ballet skills while focusing on proper alignment, turnout, balance, coordination, musicality, and movement quality.
Class includes barre work, center exercises, across-the-floor progressions, turns, jumps, and combinations that challenge dancers to improve technical execution, body awareness, and performance confidence. Students will also learn ballet terminology and develop the discipline and focus that are essential to continued growth in dance.

This contemporary class blends technique, creativity, and artistic expression to help dancers develop into strong, versatile performers. Dancers will explore contemporary movement through floor work, improvisation, across-the-floor progressions, and choreography while building strength, flexibility, balance, and control.
Class focuses on musicality, storytelling, emotional expression, and movement quality while encouraging dancers to connect with the music and develop their own unique artistic voice. Contemporary technique is combined with elements of ballet and modern dance to create a well-rounded training experience.

Beginning Pointe is designed for dancers who have demonstrated the strength, technique, alignment, and maturity necessary to begin pointe work safely. This class focuses on developing proper pointe technique, foot and ankle strength, balance, placement, and injury prevention while continuing to build a strong classical ballet foundation.
Enrollment is by instructor approval only and dancers must be enrolled in a ballet technique class in addition to pointe.

Dancers will focus on proper ballet terminology, posture, alignment, balance, coordination, and musicality through barre work, center exercises, across-the-floor progressions, and age-appropriate choreography.

Mini Tumbling 4-6 Yrs.
This fun and active class introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of tumbling in a safe, encouraging, and age-appropriate environment. Dancers will develop strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and body awareness while learning basic tumbling skills and movement patterns.
Class includes stretching, conditioning, obstacle courses, and beginner tumbling skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and other foundational progressions. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, safety, listening skills, and building confidence as dancers learn new skills.
Through positive encouragement and structured activities, dancers will improve their physical abilities while having fun and gaining confidence in what their bodies can accomplish.

Our Mini Ballet class introduces young dancers to the beautiful world of ballet in a fun, positive, and nurturing environment. Dancers will learn basic ballet positions, movements, classroom etiquette, coordination, balance, rhythm, and musicality while developing confidence, creativity, and a love for dance.
Classes incorporate imaginative movement, age-appropriate technique, and introductory ballet terminology to build a strong foundation for future dance training.

Class includes technique exercises, across-the-floor progressions, floor work, improvisation activities, and age-appropriate choreography that helps dancers develop artistry, storytelling, and performance skills. Dancers will learn how to connect movement with emotion while building confidence and creativity in a supportive environment.
Emphasis is placed on developing strong technique, movement quality, musical interpretation, and artistic expression while encouraging dancers to discover their unique voice through dance.

This exciting and active class is designed for dancers who want to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and body control while learning foundational tumbling skills. Dancers will build confidence as they safely progress through age-appropriate acrobatic techniques in a positive and encouraging environment.
Class includes stretching, conditioning, strength training, and tumbling progressions that may include cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, bridges, walkovers, limbers, and other skills based on each dancer’s individual ability level. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, safety, body awareness, and skill mastery.
Dancers will be encouraged to set goals, work hard, and celebrate their progress as they continue developing both physically and mentally.

Dancers will be encouraged to develop their own style while learning how to perform with confidence, personality, and energy.

Class includes dynamic warm-ups, grooves, footwork drills, freestyle activities, across-the-floor progressions, and challenging combinations that encourage dancers to move with confidence, personality, and style. Emphasis is placed on musical interpretation, performance quality, choreography retention, and self-expression in a fun and supportive environment.
