Lyra Sundays 4:30-5:30
This all-levels Lyra class is open to students of all ages and experience levels, from first-time flyers to seasoned aerialists. Students will learn and refine skills on the aerial hoop, including mounts, shapes, transitions, spins, and short sequences, with progressions tailored to each individual.
Classes focus on building strength, coordination, body awareness, and confidence in the air while emphasizing safe technique and supportive coaching. Beginners will work on foundational skills and comfort on the apparatus, while more experienced students will be challenged with variations, dynamic movement, and creative exploration.
This is a mixed-age, mixed-level class designed to grow with you. Everyone works at their own pace in a positive, encouraging environment.
