Topics rotate throughout the year and may include dance history, anatomy, injury prevention, nutrition and hydration, audition preparation, hair and stage makeup, pointe shoe care, dance etiquette, goal setting, mental preparation, and other valuable educational topics that help dancers succeed both in and out of the studio.
