Sensual Lyra Workshop
Ring in the New Years (get it, lyra friends?) with a special sensual lyra workshop! This workshop will be catered toward a beginner level, however those with more vocabulary on a lyra will be given progression challenges. We will start with an empowering confidence-building warm up with our new ambient studio lighting. Let's unlock our playful and creative sides during a short conditioning portion of class, and then weave our way into a low suspended aerial hoop! A choreographed sequence will be taught, and time/space will be left at the end for photo/videoing opportunities if desired. If it feels inspiring, bring a wearable layer that can be playfully removed. We ask students to be respectful of others in the studio when taking photos/videoing. Students are asked to only get footage of themselves, or ask consent if others are nearby. We appreciate everyone ensuring everyone feels safe exploring their sensual side!

There are no refund for special workshops, and credits are non-transferrable.
