The Core Four Dance Intensive (Ages 11+)
August 3rd-August 7th
Time: 9:00-3:00

Build the ultimate foundation. The Core Four Intensive is an all-encompassing program designed to bridge the gap between "taking class" and "mastering movement." By focusing on four pillars of a well-rounded dancer, we ensure students leave with more power, precision, and body awareness.

Each discipline offers a unique pathway to physical and artistic mastery, creating a well-rounded foundation for any mover. Ballet serves as the technical bedrock, instilling a sense of precise placement and effortless grace that carries over into all other forms. In contrast, Contemporary dance encourages a departure from rigid structures, inviting dancers to explore fluidity, intricate floor work, and the raw power of emotional expression. To add a layer of dynamic athleticism, Acro focuses on the intersection of flexibility and core control, allowing dancers to master gravity-defying aerial skills. Supporting all these styles is Strength & Conditioning, a vital component that provides sport-specific training to build explosive power while ensuring the body remains resilient against injury. Together, these styles blend disciplined tradition with modern athleticism and creative freedom, which make for a powerhouse intensive.

When the reverend’s rebellious daughter sets her sights on Ren, her roughneck boyfriend tries to sabotage Ren’s reputation, with many of the locals eager to believe the worst about the new kid.
