A supportive and structured ballet program for dancers with prior dance experience who are looking to continue or return to ballet in a positive, confidence-building environment. Designed for both returning ABA students and new students who have been placed at this level based on their current skills and training, the program focuses on developing strong technique, artistry, musicality, and a love of dance. Dancers attend up to three days per week and may begin pointe work when ready. This program follows a recreational training pathway and is separate from ABA's Pre-Professional Track.

We’re excited to introduce a brand new class—Creative Movement!

Designed as a bridge between caregiver-and-me classes and Pre-Ballet, this class helps young dancers begin building independence while exploring ballet basics through music, imagination, and storytelling. Students are introduced to foundational concepts like positions, rhythm, coordination, and classroom structure in a playful, supportive environment.

Creative Movement also offers a drop-off option for dancers as young as 3.5 whose families are ready for an early independent class experience.
