Grab your sweetheart and come dance the night away with us to celebrate Valentines Day! Any combination of couples (Adult/child, BFFs, sweethearts, etc) are welcome. Price listed is per couple. Love Yourself with Movement Workshop! Feb 15th
Come for an afternoon of Self Care with a healing somatic journey through the symbolic Shamanic Medicine Wheel. Whether you’re an experienced Intuitive or someone who has no idea about energy work, this is for you! Amy will guide participants through movement, reflection, and self-empowerment. Movement carries meaning and power, and this workshop will teach you how to connect your inner self-knowing to embodied practices. This workshop combines the themes and symbology of the Shamanic Medicine Wheel with movement to connect with the body, clear the mind, and listen to your soul’s whispers. When listening to how the body speaks and integrating movement with spiritual work, we can release emotions, spark creativity and insights, and connect to deeper healing and self-awareness. No experience is necessary in any realm to participate in this practice. Bring yourself, an open mind and willingness to experience something new, and something to journal with as we will have time to reflect on your movement journey. This is a practice you can do time and time again and always come away with something new! Parent Night Out! Feb 27th
Need a night out but can’t find someone to hang with the kids? Here’s your chance! Drop the kids off for 2.5 hours of fun for them and you can have date night (or girls shopping, no judgement here!). Ages 3 and up. Additional kids can be added through the "Add-on" ticket in the FDC Store for multiple child discounts. IF you need more than 2.5 hours, let us know and we can do an add-on stay after fee of $10 for one additional hour for kids 8 and up. Non-FDC Members should sign up through the FDC Website Store!

Girl's Night Out Dance Party! March 13th
WOMEN ONLY EVENT! No bad luck here with this Friday the 13th gathering! Come for an evening of fun with the girls and dance the night away at this fun event. Enjoy optional hip hop and Zumba mini-classes first, followed by an open dance floor with DJ and by-request playlist! We’ll play “pass the phone” to add to the list to keep the music going with hits YOU want. There will be a separate area to enjoy some karaoke if you’d also like to show off your, ehem, talents! ;) BYOB is allowed within reason. Non-FDC Members should sign up through the FDC Website Store!

An 8 week session of adult classes to explore the fun of dance, primarily hip hop and jazz/jazz funk! Dance experience is not required to participate and lesson will be geared towards the dancers present. If you are only taking one lesson, choose the Trial Lesson rate. Full Session is $75 and drop in trial is $14 each.
